What cookies are
Cookies are small pieces of information stored by your browser on your device. Some are technically necessary for a function you requested, while others — such as analytics or advertising cookies — require prior information and, as a rule, consent.
Current inventory
What support.land currently uses
Google Analytics 4, measurement ID G-5QH22RF60D, is not requested by the browser and does not set analytics cookies before you choose Analytics. Google Analytics advertising features remain disabled. Meta Pixel has a separate Advertising choice.
Categories
How the categories work
- Necessary: required to store your choice and cannot be disabled in the panel.
- Functional: used only if an optional integration is added and you select the category.
- Analytics: enables Google Analytics 4 only after you select the category, for aggregated measurement of visits and usage.
- Advertising: enable Meta Pixel only with your separate consent, as described below.
Control
Accept, reject and withdraw
You can accept or reject every optional category using equally prominent choices, or configure categories separately. Rejecting them does not restrict access. You can change your mind at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer or the button above.
You may also delete cookies through your browser settings. The banner will appear again after deletion.
Transparency
New tools and changes
Before any additional analytics tool, widget or tracker is enabled, the inventory, purpose, duration, provider and consent mechanism will be updated. No optional script loads before the relevant choice.

Meta Pixel and advertising
Meta Pixel is enabled only after you choose Advertising. It sends page views and successful contact-request events to Meta Platforms Ireland Limited to measure and improve Facebook and Instagram advertising and create advertising audiences. Browser identifiers, visited page URLs, referrer, IP address and browser/device information may be processed. We do not include contact-form values in these events, and automatic advanced matching and automatic event detection are disabled. Withdraw permission at any time through Cookie settings; new events stop and the first-party Meta cookies are removed.
The _fbp cookie distinguishes browsers; _fbc can record an advertising click identifier when present. Their usual lifetime is up to 90 days, subject to browser limits. Consent is stored for 180 days. Meta may process data outside the EEA under the safeguards described in its policy. Meta Privacy Policy.
